About the founding partner

Stephanie Broaders combines decades of experience in world-class global talent and leadership development with a passion for helping others as they unlock their purpose and unleash their potential. She thoughtfully uses her collaborative approach to help individuals and organizations make meaningful connections, solve complex problems, and achieve their goals.  

Before she founded Spark Well Consulting, she spent over 20 years at GE where she consistently led, created, and executed successful learning and development initiatives for executive leadership. She designed and implemented effective programs that developed talent and closed critical talent gaps.

Stephanie also serves as a Program Director at UNC Executive Development where she designs, develops, and delivers customized learning experiences for organizational leaders from the C-Suite to entry-level management.

A catalyst for growth and a teacher at heart, Stephanie is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches community.  She is also certified in the Hogan Assessment, DISC assessment, and Strong Interest Inventory. She provides an attentive ear, objective perspective, and actionable guidance to individuals as they consider professional opportunities and organizations as they navigate challenges. 

Stephanie serves on the Board of Directors for Classroom Central, a non-profit that fosters equity in education. She has an MBA from Xavier University, and a BBA from the University of Cincinnati, and lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Jesse. Stephanie enjoys outdoor cycling, cooking, and assisting others in defining their life’s path and purpose.
